Health & Wellbeing Support
Family Circles Services recognises the need of physical and mental health in achieving independence, we provide access to health education, support to access fitness activities, and emotional well-being support services. This includes supporting young people to learn how to access healthcare services and promoting self-care practices.
We will also work in partnership with agencies like CAMHS, Youth Offending Services, and other voluntary agencies. Following a well-structured Assessment and Support Plan, we will gradually work with young people on how they can sustain living independently using practical skills sessions. We believe this cannot be taught and these practical skills must be experienced.
