Our Aims and Objectives
- To provide individually tailored support to care experienced young people to meet their assessed needs and to achieve positive outcomes overall.
- To support young people with identifying their strengths and developing their personal, emotional, and social skills thereby promoting their independence and transition into adulthood.
- To support young people to engage in education, training, and employment in line with their interests, hopes and aspirations.
- To work in partnership with key agencies i.e., Health, Youth Offending Services, CAMHS, and substance misuse services to ensure that we are providing a holistic and responsive service to meet the needs of our young people.
- To provide a service that respects and promotes equality and diversity.
- To ensure that young people are at the centre of their care planning and actively promoting their involvement in the delivery of the service.
